Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, contact us at orders@uncappedmycology.com.
