Due to the nature of our products, most items sold by Uncapped Mycology LLC are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@uncappedmycology.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We do not guarantee specific results from the use of any mycology product, research material, or supply. Product performance can be affected by handling, storage, environment, technique, and other variables outside our control.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that are reported outside the required window or show signs of misuse, improper storage, or tampering.
